Terms & Conditions

General Terms

We consider a group booking when it has more than 9 people

Check-in is from 3pm till 11pm

Check-out is until 11am

Late check-in and check-out may be organized with a 30 days notice and the payment of X€ tax —>What do you think about this?

The storage room will be available for use accordingly to the timing to the chosen fare. However, the Destination Hostels cannot guarantee that there will be enough space for all luggage.

The Destination Hostels reserves the to keep a 20€ per person deposit. It means no charge into your account. Charges can be made in the following instances:

  • For any damage done to the facilities during the stay
  • For the cost of a deep clean due to infringement of hostel rules
  • Refunds that may occur to other guests due to infringement of hostel rules
  • In case of missing towels, keys or any hostel belongings or equipment

The Destination Hostels hold the right to quest out the group or its members in case of rules infringements.

Payment & Reservation Policies

A payment of 20% of the full amount of the reservation should be paid within 5 days from the time of reservation, and email confirmation.

The booking and all services must be paid in full at till 30 days prior to check-in to assure the reservation and avoid cancellations.

In case of a reservation within less than 30 days from the date of arrival, your group booking must be paid in full within 5 days.

Payment can be made by credit card at the time of booking or via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policies 

The reservation will be canceled in case the group doesn’t provide the bank transfer receipt by email, within 5 days from the confirmation email.

Until 30 days prior to arrival, cancellations are refunded according to the fare applied (more info) .

Changes in bookings (dates, number persons and type of rooms are depending on availability) are charged according to the fare.

No shows, even if parcial, are considered to be cancellation.

Which steps to follow after you’ve received your quote?

Once you have received your quote from us, all you need to analyse it and let us know if our offer suits your needs.

Please remember that the prices provided are for the purpose of a quote and are subject to change if the beds or rooms were sold between the time of the quote and the time of booking. Prices are confirmed at the time of reservation.

All reservations will be subject to our group booking terms and conditions.
